1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items
  • Personal care products that have been opened

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (GBP), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above. After we receive your return, you can place a new order for the desired item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
